We booked for 2 days, it's was continuously raining so we decided to cancel 1 day stay, due to natural calamities, but hotel didn't accepted the cancellation, they didn't refund me the 1 day stay. Food is not available, we need go down to find best hotel, after getting parcel we need to climb up for 200 steps, which makes us anoid. Room is good, hot water is only for specific hours. we can't feel comfortable in this hotel, except room no other facilities. ground floor no internet, no signal.

seeing photo of standerd and giving room is different, there is not just a single window and proper exhaust, and the front office staff behavior is very rude.. please think once more when you booking this room, This is my first experience seeing such a fraud behavior from online booking

hi team...i have horrible experiences with lumnio dwelling . bathroom was clocked , we didn't went wash room till 9.00 am and behavior with staff is horrible.
they are saying....jo karna hai kar loo
kindly refund the money .

1.Location is good but no view available in most of the rooms as there is No ventilation in the rooms.
2. Bedsheets were unhygienic, hairs found on the bedsheets.
3. Hot water supply is not proper. Morning 7:30 to 10:30 they provide hot water in the bathrooms. Check in time is 2 PM and if someone wants to take bath than has to wait till evening as the open the hot water supply at 7 pm till 9 pm, Munnar is a hill station and very cold in the evenings. Very small room & dirty , no room service has provided. I have to go to reception several times to get water no proper management is there totally waste of money.
