The staff and management it too much cooperative and always ready to give you alternatives, provided they are available. Their behaviour makes you forget / overlook few deficiencies in rooms, which can be easily managed or adjusted. It is Full 'Paisa Wasool' hotel for them who want budget hotels. The location is also good and near to Rly Station. They may be suggested by Ibibo to give attention to minor things.This hotel did not charge for one extra bed unlike Hotel Richi Rich at Dehradun.
