It's terrible experience I have ever had.bathroom was so dirty,room were not cleaned.hotel staff so arrogant and rude behaviour. I Will never come this type of so called hotels. They didn't provide cold bottle water,no toweell,no handwash ,they are even worst than dharmashala .
U should avoid this type of hotels on ur platform.

Overall good experience with this hotel. Within 1km from Mansa Devi and Har ki paudi. Found a cleaned room and washroom. Staff behaviour was also good. Good choice for budget friendly hotels.

we are happy with my family member yesterday night at the time chevk in and today morning at the time check out.Mr.Ravinder ji and Sapan chakerverty both are very cooperative and jolly nature men.Good cooperation in thd hotel.
overall every thing is good.

hotel is good, staff behaviour is good, but there is some expensive for non AC rooms, Rs.1230 ,which is high .

It was a good deal as it is in proximity to Mansa Devi temple rope way and at pleasent walking distance to the Har ki Pauri.Staff at reception and others were polite informative and helpful. Room, coridor and reception area were neat and clean.
A periodical cleaning of toilet is required for removing cobweb and so of approach road to remove debris. TV was not working.
There was no room service or dining hall.
How ever it is worthwhile to stay in the hotel.

three star for the staff or else I would have given single or less star
the hotel staff was good but the room I would not say it is even average it was below average and after that I asked them to upgrade my room then the room was good so I would say ac room was good but rest is not able to stay for single minute

location and hospitality was good. however dnt expect much facilities but yes being in the centre of market the facilities are sufficient.
