property is big and good. location is good near busstand and railway station. ample parking available. restaurant is nice and food was tasty. staff was polite and courteous. overall nice experience. will book again for the next visit.

The stay was decent and the rooms are well maintained. Very helpful staff and the room service was excellent. Ample parking space available within the property. Breakfast spread was very limited which can been improved.

To start with the room provided was looking worn out . The hotel staff is not very welcoming. They have not kept a water bottle in the room and when I asked them they were like " it must be thr check properly" When I asked for some tea sachets they said we cannot give. Plus point was the food which is good and the service is fast. The amenities they provide are not upto the mark. Things like providing only 500ml water daily, no coffee and milk pouches etc. The washroom toiletries need an upgrade.
