""A BIG NO"". If you are looking for service then don't go to this hotel. Unhygienic food. Found hair and cockroach in food. Hope that sums up everything. Phone doesn't work, wifi is pathetic..

The hotel needs renovation. Pros : Location is good as it is near to Munnar market. Cons: Cleanliness and hygiene is not maintained. Bathrooms are not cleaned , water problem , water leakage all over the bath room and places in room. The fittings in the bathroom is not in usable condition(either broken or leakage) in most of the rooms. We are shifted 3 times in our 2 days stay due to problems in bathrooms , balcony and doors.
