The room was very clean and tidy. It's 5 mins walking from Kolhapur Bus Stand. The wifi was very weak in my room, also the fan speed was a bit slow especially for afternoon time. Otherwise a good place to stay

I am a regular customer of Metro hotel,but this time I am not happy with the room's cleanliness, rooms having cockroaches on the bedroom in the rooms floor,beds,. after complaint they shifted me in another room....but no words for such good reliable property.

i recently stayed at (hotel metro), and it was one of the best hotel experiences i've ever had. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. i would definitely stay here again in the future.

Late check out is not allowed even for the 3 members. Overall hotel is good. They charged money for water bottles too in the end. Water services should be free of cost in hotels. Location of hotel was good. Rooms were almost clean but there were small cockroach in the cupboard.
