there used to be water issue everyday. the check in was not provided at 12pm as per the booking reservation. no supply of cold water. acute water shortage.

- AC not working, they say maintenance but they deliberately shut it to save cost- phones not working so if you want to complain, walk down to the reception, OR shout from your floor so reception can hear it - food pathetic, breakfast items get over and they don't refill, they don't clean tables unless you ask multiple times- restaurant smells because of toilette next to it and no cleaning done in restaurant - lift buttons didn't work - frustrated customers kept fighting with management all the ...more
