Positive 1. The owner is very humble and respectful 2. Nice location 3. Clean and neat 4. Hot water is available any time we need it. Negative 1. The bathroom door is not in good condition. 2. Water sweating at the exhaust fan.

It was a bad experience considering the tariff charged for the rooms. It's an old property with very low maintenance and the rooms were dusty, all the lights were not working and the fan in one room is not available and the hot water tap is so slow out of the 2 rooms that we've booked. No complimentary water served, we've to buy at higher price than MRP and we've to go and ask for the towels and soaps. No phone is available to call the room service. I would likey to give for room just 2Star rating,This room they have tv but not Cable Connection,You can't see the tv, I informed to Hotel person Also They know that there is no Cable connection, They Coming & Fix the Cable connection it's won't work, Hotel Person is Simply Acting

Located in serene surrounding which is 10km from city center. Rooms are very neat and clean. Reach before night because there's a steep climb to the resort. Overall great place to relax.

Awesome Property, balcony rooms are perfect. There are many properties near this and so, better check all those. location is in the initial point of munnar so for food, u gotta travel about minimum 4 km. afterall at this price range, this room is perfect.
