Overall good hotel with incredible location and view. But had issue with foul smell coming bathroom drain which was not resolved throughtout my whole stay and at last were offered another floor room just before check out at last night which was not ideal.

our family with 2 kids(6 & 11 years)stayed here at valley view deluxe room during 20th to 22nd may 2025,bed is comfortable for all four.modern luxury amenities are available at bathroom.our kids enjoy a lot at swimming pool.food at restaurant is very tasty, sufficient quantity and affordable.complementaty break fast is also nice.view points,kids playing area and garden also available inside the resort.so we spent more time inside the resort.we booked through goibibo, 2 months back for a cost pe ...more

Location and accessibility is excellent. Taken Valley view rooms for one day.. Rooms are good but some dusts are there. Not provided tooth brush and paste. Overall good.

Hotel premise is 8km far from munnar town. It has all exciting amenties in paper like mrng trek, camp fire etc. but could have maintained well. Entire premise smells bad. Washrooms were bad. Complimentary breakfast had variety but no items felt tasty.refused to provide buffet dinner on oneday of stay. Staffs were lazy enough to respond any queries. To refill the water i had to wait for an hr then followed back. Not worth the money we spent. If you dont find any better properties, then consider this hotel.

The executive room was very small in size with no view.Just few flowers in the wall from window. Breakfast has many items but no taste.Room service was ok.
