stay was comfortable and good just have a mind that if you book a valley view ask them for the same we just missed to ask the same but we book for valley view

The hotel has a big potential. The view is stunning and in a quiet location. Unless you have your own car, transportation to the hotel is complicated. Tuk tuk drivers don't know about the hotel, and we found it complicated to get from town to the hotel.

The route to the resort was poor, and I was concerned about my car getting damaged. There was construction work going on that made the experience uncomfortable. There was no one to help with the luggage, and our room was on the first floor. When we entered the room, it was labeled as a "Premium Deluxe Room," but I don’t know what basis they used for that designation. The room was below average, with a wet bathroom and a damaged door. Wonderful place to stay in Munnar. One can enjoy the beautiful views of the mountain and a tea garden just some steps away from the property.

I stayed at this hotel for three days, nestled in a hilly area. The scenic view from the balcony was breathtaking. Manager Bobito's hospitality was excellent, and the food quality was also impressive.
