we had taken 3 room s sr 5 to 7 on 24 th to 26 th may. toiletries namely towels and soap (just 2) were given after 3 hours. intercoms do not work properly. the cabinets and entrance doors of the room were broken.
suggestions :
1. services should be prompter.
2. more toiletries like shaving kits, toothpastes, toothbrush, cloth slippers may be provided and may be charged.

it was good experience. mtdc premises is awesome unmatable greenery N weather.Staff was also good.
about rooms we booked standard rooms as only those were available. rooms were clean but interior they need to upgrade.

There are different verity of rooms at MTDC, should show room view while booking, I thought this may be garden facing hence booked luxury rooms, Service and Internal room cleaning was good, As MTDC is huge cant expect maintenance of whole are cleaning. Food was also good in MTDC restaurant.
