The hotel staff was very courteous and polite. The properties location was good and easy to find. The property was neat and clean. The breakfast spread was good. The room Service was also great. The only down point was their pool. One has to go to the road and then climb down for accessing the pool.

Decent and polite staff.. Very cooperative management. Great ambience and morning breakfast was a delight every day of our stay. Would love to recommend it to friends and relatives. It was a pleasant stay at Munnar ice Queen. The hosts are welcoming and super helpful. They also helped us in arranging cheap transportation in and around Munnar. Would love to visit here again with entire family. Calm and peaceful rooms

It was really a nice experience.and the staff were very helpful and cooperative. Food was also good Only the approach road was bit of an issue.once it's ready it will be very helpful

We stayed in the cottage room in May 2023. The property is very clean and well maintained. Looks like it is relatively new as well. The room was quite spacious that can easily accommodate 4 adults and also a nice balcony for a quiet morning or evening tea. The thing that stood out for us was the hospitality of the staff and the food. All our food was made to order, served piping hot and quite tasty. The staff were very helpful and ever smiling.
