1. The hotel location is good. Just near the access to Niladri beach which is an extension of the Golden beach. Very clean and tidy with only people from nearby hotels like Mayfair Waves, Vijoya, Nayak etc access it.
2. This is not really a resort but a hotel and has a restaurant. The facilities need upgrades
3. Not suitable for old age as the lift is always under maintenance. At least when I was there(may be my bad luck). My mom waited for an hour at the lobby to access the lift and then they ...more

check in experience was good , but the hotel need improvement ..some door lock were not working..hot water doesn't come in time and swimming pool was dirty ..they don't clean it

No swimming pool, old room, tata sky but only free channel -feel boring, house keeping not standard, during checkout restaurant staff asking money from guests. please don't stay in this hotel waste of money.

not worthy, expensive and it's not a resort. dirty swimming pool, no maintenance, they don't maintain anything, food quality is low. it's not a resort.

worst service, swimming pool water is dirty, they don't change the water on a daily basis, moreover swimming pool is closed by 5pm, so you can't enjoy it in the evening.

Stay was okay but the room's ambience is not worth value for money that you pay. Room space is very small. Food is okay.
Overall it's a economy hotel but pay for 3 star hotel. Room service and cleanliness needs to be improved a lot - this is the reason i am saying its a average economy hotel.
