Not a great experience as the room which they allotted to us was not so comfortable, no food option, cleanliness was very average and location was near to railway station.

Good hotel good service friendly staffs..help full staffs...overall gopd experience....but distance from har ki pouri is 20 minutes or more than that...main problem...problem checking time 11am but hum pouche morning 7am so mujhe 3 rooms ke liye 1.5k rs extra pay karna para...n checkout time 12 but hum checkout kiya 7:50pm for 2 rooms 800 rs extra pay kiya...so m feeling if wo morning main 700rs key under or checkout ke time 400rs ki under hota toh acha hota..only for this reason or distance from ganga ghat main recommend nah karungi. .

worst stay ever...staff is very rude...changed our room two times...rooms are dirty...refused to give us a blanket...they did not help us to pull luggage. do not book this hotel here if you don't want to get insulted.

We booked 2 deluxe AC rooms. In one of the room bathroom hot water was not available. Blankets were also not available of good quality. Item of toiletries shall be improved.

Overall stay was good and the rooms are also clean.Just the location is a bit far from the main Har ki Pauri.... Satisfied.
