Stay was comfortable and staff behavior very good. Like to highlight few points about location which is far away from center and the Hotel authority may think about providing transport to ply between Shwargodwar and Hotel which will save a lots of money of the guest. I have spent more than Rs.2000/- just for paying Toto fare in 3 days.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Those who like to avoid chaos would definitely like this property. Food price seems to be on higher side. No eating option nearby as a result one have to spend lots of money in transportation for reaching Shargadwar for any small requirement which is a minus point for all Hotels in this location. The Hotel authority may think about keeping one vehicle for it's boarder to make it easy to ply between Shargadwar and Hotel as otherwise about Rs.2000 to Rs.3000 will be spent for a stay of 3 days just for this. Staff behavior and other facilities are Excellent.

Nice hotel, need some maintance which will enhance customer expirence in staying. Food highly price. But morning breakfast is outstanding. Staff are very helpful. Overall a good expirence.

Excellent Stay at NRS Royal Palace Puri! My stay at NRS Royal Palace Puri from July 5th to 8th was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. The food was delicious with great variety, making every meal a pleasure. Overall, a truly great experience. Highly recommend!

location is nice but the food was not that good. FYI please keep the dehumidifier on as if you turn it of for second then your room will be full of moisture. Would give all the stars for location only.

We booked sea view premium room for two days and non sea view room for one day. Sea view premium room was good with a wide view of sea and with a big balcony. Room was clean ad staff were very help full. But tge problem is with AC. They used central ac but ac remote wouldn't work properly neither in premium room nor in sea view room and its kept in a fixed position far from bed. so every tome you have to wake up from bed to control AC , which not at all controlled by you.
