i booked 2 rooms in 1600 price. when i reached at hotel , hotel manager also charged 2000 more and he said that your booking price is too much less , so you need to pay 2000 more. so who is responsible in this matter , was confusion.

In the name of room they just provided very small compact room with no ventilation, smelling, blanket stinks as it was not used for multiple weeks and receptionist was not ready to provide room or resolve issue. he clearly mentioned talk to Oyo customer care and change your OYO hotel we don't have any room left. Even after doing advance booking they don't have room. We couldn't argue much as we were in their premises and we dint had any source or they could harm us. In night you do not have opti ...more

I had to pay 1000 rs extra during check in .. and you had asked me to wait for 45 min to solve the issue and called me back after 5 hrs .. what was I supposed to do? Wait for call in the night?? I just paid 1K extra to the hotel and checked in

very bad experience...poor facility and hotelier ne phone bhi receive nhi Kiya or Mai rat Mai 1 hour tak apni wife ke sath hotel hi thundta rha ...even taxi driver ki bhi hotel ki location nhi mil rhi thi ... Google map Mai se bhi kuch pta nhi lag rha tha ...becoz hotel Ka name hi nhi Likha tha bahar se ...kafhi pareshani hui vo bhi rat Mai 1 am pe...or room bhi kafhi chota hai ...jesa dikhta hai vesa kuch bhi nhi..don't go please

It was the worst experience ever for me. When I will be reach there for check inn, the hotelier did not give me the room in this hotel, and he transfered me in another worst property. The room what I got It never stands, what I have booked. They have cheated me. So I will never recommend this hotel, also I would like to say that dont book this hotel guys.

Room no 505 ws nt coloured n walls plaster ws shabby like sum leakage ,walls smell odour in room. Cockroach in room n around d bed. TV cable nt proper n non functional unwanted channels dat also nt proper. Room nt worth as per amount paid very sad experience . Also eatable are double d rate like for eg:- poha 80Rs , Tea- 40Rs Puri baji-140Rs We come to enjoy n these hotels want to mint money. Do something improvement. Customer satisfaction must be on priority.
