No Breakfast and Lunch is available in Hotel Radhakrishna Madurai Oyo 19959 charge is not Refund and service is very poor Tea is served after 40 minute

Worst experience with hotel people,I was booked two rooms for three persons and I reached the hotel at 10.30pm,they were told only one room available and with extra amount taken for arranging that room,i was paid extra amount,y bcoz i have no option at that time .,so pl avoid this hotel

Very Worst ! WE HAVE BOOKED TWO DOUBLE BEDED ROOMS.No Room Service.We checked in dtd 30-9-2022 Checked out 02-10-2022 in the Two Days NO BODY CAME FROM HOUSE KEEPING TO CLEAN THE ROOMS.EVEN WE HAVE TO CARRY OUR OWN LUGGAGE WHILE CHECKING OUT.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.OUR SUGGESETION NOT TO BOARD IN THIS HOTEL.

I booked with complimentary breakfast but hotel didn't provided that. Location is good, walkable distance for Minakshi Amman Temple. All shops are nearby. Location wise good, Room controlled AC, only local language channels are available on TV. Slow but ok wifi.

It is the worst hotel in Madurai.Please do never go for this hotel booking for stay.I had booked this and hotel staff was very rude, not at all cooperative.They said we don't see any booking ,we want more charge,very selfish.They don't at all welcome or respect customer.After that I asked them to cancel my booking as I didn't had option to do so as it was prepaid.They didn't ever agree for that for money.Pathetic hotel.
