It's not a hotel, their main business is restaurant Mughal darbar. The hotel is not their focus. they charge money for everything even for a bed heater. no hot water kettle is provided and asking for hot water from them is a tedious task. no elevator, situated on the 3rd floor over the restaurant. Washroom has water leaking from the top. Not advisable at all. very rude manager who is also the room attendant as well.

From the moment we entered, we were wowed by the luxurious decor and attention to detail. The room was spacious with a very comfortable king-size bed, and the bathroom had amazing premium amenities. A wonderful experience all around!

A serene and luxurious hotel experience! The grounds were impeccably maintained, and the pool was the perfect spot to unwind. The views from the rooftop were incredible, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Location is excellent, very near to the main market area and regal chowk. Room space is decent, lot's of storage to keep your belongings. 24*7 hot running water and electric blankets are available. Service is slightly slow and laundry experience for towel is not very good. Overall, a nice budget hotel near market area. Giving 3 stars for the slow service otherwise it's good.
