The hotel is neat n clean, the room I booked was a bit suffocating bcoz no window, no ventilation. Washroom was also in the room. Location was good, I give 3 stars.

MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE. ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED BEFORE CHECK IN. IT WAS DONE AFTER MY REPEATED REQUEST STILL WATER WAD NOT DRAINING OUT IN BATHROOM. THERE WAS A ELECTRICAL SHOCK WHEN I TOUCHED DIVERTOR VALVE NOB TO OPEN SHOWER WHICH WAS NOT RECTIFIED. HOT WATER KETTLE WAS KEPT BUT NO TEA BAGS/ COFEE POWDER WAS PROVIDED. STAFFS ARE NOT WELL MANNERCED. IN EVERY SENSE THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A CONFORTABLE STAY

experiance was terribly bad. room's bathroom was not having door instead of appolozing the manager told us that curtains are there, if not satisfied cancel the booking. the staff was not all cooperative and helpful. on arrival and departure the hotel did not assisted in luggage pickup and after several calls the manager did not provided the boy for luggage carry at the time of check out. will not recommend to book this property. total money waste in staying

stay was bad….. gyeser is not working nether exhaust working….. the washroom was so bad it was really bad the water leakege the smell

Hotel staff was very much casual. Tere was no one to take you and your luggage to the room…you have to go on your own with your luggage.
if talk about room....first one is there was transparent door of bathroom which was very discomfort with the family and pillow and floor mat were very dirty...and also cockroaches were rooming on the floor of room.....also no window n exhaust so that air can pass...very exhausting room with so many discomfort.

the service is very poor of this hotel and also I get the room with broken window and door of wash room and recipient's behaviour is also very rude.
