I recently stayed at Palm tree Munnar and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and cleanliness throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The incharge person is very kind and always with a smile...he assisted us to reach the place and helped us to explore the places around munnar...the room was very neat and esspecially restroom were too clean and neat..i will strongly recommend this place for stay... It's located in main junction of adimali which is 20km away from munnar..we have a zipline area near this hotel which is on the way to munnar, will be less crowded compare to the ones in munnar . The stay was pretty decent, the staff were very helpful and decent. As for the cleanliness of the hotel, we had to request for another bedsheet since the one that was used at arrival was not clean. The comforters were a little dusty and unclean. There was some leftover food or something on the floor at arrival. Seemed like they did not clean the room properly after the previous customers left.

Nice property with clean and tidy maintenance. Very close to bus stand and other amenities and places. Many restaurants nearby. Display of tourist places is very well done all inside the property and also in front desk.

Very very worst experience stay this hotel. No response to the customer I make many calls to the room service. But no response I am stay in 3 floor. But in this hotel no lift

Worst service ever.....staffs are not at all helpful and didn't do their job..... first when we checked in nd went to our room rest room flush didn't work and waterclogged in toilet and they didn't change the room even after requesting for the same. Hot water not available when we were about to check out.... no room service. stay was pleasant. but service is very poor. i would never recommend this place....

Hotel is right next to adimaly bus stand and in the heart of the city.The Rooms are clean and so are the sheets and bathrooms . @1500 per ac room the tariff is not very high either . Hot water is not available
