I recently stayed at Hotel Pavilion in Kolhapur, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spotless and incredibly hygienic, which made my stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. I booked this hotel for my parents as they were Visiting Mahalaxmi Temple. I had booked an Executive Room which clearly mentions to have a double bed but upon check in my father saw two small single beds in the room provided, upon enquiring the Hotel offered to downgrade the room category from Executive to Deluxe even when I had paid higher price for an Executive Room saying that they have double beds only in Deluxe rooms and all their Executive Rooms have only twin single beds.
