The houseboat is neat and clean, and the hospitality is excellent. However, it is located on an isolated lake with no nearby shops or restaurants, making transportation a bit difficult. It’s advisable to book a houseboat near Dal Lake for better accessibility and convenience.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. View from room is also good. The location of this houseboat is quite far from market area with almost no food outlets or other necessary items available nearby.

Very good place & a great time we had. But we were not served any food in hotel as the cook was not available, rest all was pretty good.

Hotel is good and stay was very beautiful. Satisfied what i have paid and what i have got. Service and all are also good. I had my food also and I liked that. Hotel is nicely located and easy to access. Nice amenities are present there. Hotel is very clean.

The view was really good as the houseboat is on the Nigeen Lake, Staff was well behaving, services were quite appropriate and in complimentary they had provided us dinner. Good stay there !!
