Booked a non AC deluxe room by paying full advance of 2000. When i reached there the manager told there are no room vacant and i shall wait with my family in the garden for next 4 hours till any room is vacated. They dint even offer a glass of water or cup of tea. The manager and staff were rude and tried to intimidate us. The hygiene, room service, behaviour are all horrible to say the least. They run a scam of a hotel. I let go of my 2k and immediately shifted to hotel maharja. Please stay away.
