good location, good rooms, balcony and excellent service. only thing is rooms are little noisy as people in corridor talks, sound comes in the room heavily.

worst hotel in munnar no management to handle guest no speaking in english or hindi only local and tamil language speaking staff I took premium room with breakfast already paid and staff says no breakfast for everything one answer no for everything

Room does not have fan and supplied llike warm water even at 8am on 12.01.25 to 3 guest. Only one charging point provided in the room. very bad experience from my family side

The floor is all wet, no toiletries in the room, no hot water 24 × 7 which is needed in munnar which is a hill station, tv doesnt work and the restaurant is not open.

Great Stay experience, super spacious rooms and fantastic location. The hill view from the room is breathtaking. Very peaceful surroundings as it is in old munnar. You have your privacy.
The staff is very helpful and supportive.
They also have a restaurant.
Overall you don't have to worry about anything as they have got all you want.
Jio network will work in most parts.
Munnar people are very nice. As this is a tourist spot, all locals understand different types of requirements.

Staff are humble.Food are ok.Hotel room neat and clean Hotel location rooms views excellentI had a fantastic stay at this hotel!
