    They transferred my booking to a dingy place nearby. fungus on walls, soiled bed linen, no towels/soap were provided. And no phone in room, probably to avoid complaints.I had raised this concern during transfer intimation with call centre but they were taking side with the hotel guys.Being a business traveller and landing up at Kolhapur at 5.00AM, I didn't have much time to escalate while I was there.

    had to change room twice because the flush in the bathroom did not stop flushing and the plumber kept coming every 15 mins to repair. very slow service, had to call 3 times for the order and recieved it in a plate full of water, which later fell on the rotis. after calling 3 times our number was blocked by the hotel so we had to call from another number.
