Pratap Heritage is best stay in mahabaleshwar, near by market, all hotel amenities are best,there's neat and clean play area and swimming pool, Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is supportive and good behaviour, Specially Mr. Aman & Mr. Kailash is best staff in hotel. So guy's Go for it.

hotel cleanliness is really appreciated, staff is also very helpful and friendly in nature, service is up to the mark. the hotel is a walk in distance from the market.
only one -ve thing about this hotel is that as the hotel is in the city and nr. to market don't expect greenery over here, in fact it is in a densely populated area.

Although I visit Mahabaleshwar very frequently (Hotel Sunny International & JS Excellency), this was my first experience with Hotel Pratap Heritage (preferred for Gujrati people only). The hotel is not upto the mark as compared to the amount they are charging.
1. The amenities listed do exist but almost none of them are working seamlessly. They seriously need maintainence of Cricket Turf, Carrom & TT Board etc etc. Kids play area need maintainence too. It seems all the slides were last repaired ...more

Very close to the market.
Great location!
Good amenities in the hotel - cricket, table tennis, swing slide for kids and a pool area also. Food is also nice.
The staff is friendly. Overall good.

Pratap heritage is located nearby main market about 10 to 15 min walk, So far so good, receptionist not good not so helpful sometimes showing attitude even though they are more than 40+ old.... But floor guys and room service guys are fentastic n amazing, really nice n helpful,they hav swimming pool really nice dresscode mandatory (male nylon female nylon n headcap) bathroom n room maintenance r really nice, room bed is not so comfortable becoz it's slightly going downwards like a depth which me ...more
