Hotel staff is good but the main issue is reaching the hotel . Vehicle is not reachable at the hotel location due to the ropeway being there for Mansa devi mandir, huge crowds there . I was taken e-rickshaw then Cycle -rickshaw with luggage, facing so many difficulties to reach the hotel .
so, avoid this hotel.

the hotel is very nice and location is kind of prime as it's just 5 seconds away from manasa devi ropeway and just 10 min walk away from har ki pauri. the gold category rooms are of good size with very neat and clean bathroom and room. hotel staff is also very polite and helpful and room service is also very good. i would recommend this hotel to everyone else who are to visit haridwar and want a medium budget stay. very nice, it was a comfortable stay for my family.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Mansa Devi Temple. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the price felt slightly high—we paid for one night. While there’s a restaurant nearby, finding the exact hotel location was a bit tricky using online maps, and we had to ask local shops for directions. Despite that, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again.
