Not worth for the money. Rest rooms are not very clean. Compact rooms , not adequate space. Morning complementary break fast average.

check-in was quick but wrong details pre-filled in.
room was clean with basic facilities i.e. towels, tv, drinking water bottle, dental-kit.
absence of tea/coffee maker was felt in the morning.
breakfast spread was normal with few south indian dishes, however cleanliness needs more attention.

Rooms were clean but the ac was not good. Despite complaining the manager took no action. Otherwise on the whole room service or other were very good. The manager needs to be more polite and helpful.

Hotel is very near to Madurai railway station, walking distance. Each and everything near hotel. We enjoyed all 5 senior🤓 citizens.Staff and managers very cooperative. Complimentary breakfast is very delicious 😋

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. Great location. Near Sri Meenakshi Temple and all attractions in the town.

Average hotel. Rooms were small but clean, but no hot water was provided. The receptionist is a grumpy person. He asked me to wait for half an hour. Need to improve a lot on customer service and staff behaviour.

shabby room, dirty curtains with dust, no cooling for ac, cockroaches & lizards in floor & walls. was really horrible. checked out in the morning and shifted to another hotel next day
