worst rooms worst service's no toiletey no dental kits no nowels need to call 3 to 4 times than it comes water lickage in rooms staff not ready to change room of same category or uppercase

I have booked valley view room but not seen valley. kids zone air hockey is not working. no welcome drinks. no buffet of dinner. wastage of my money approx 3 K.

A great experience with some very cordial and warm staff. The hotel was well maintained with some wonderful vegetarian food. The spread of food was enormous with almost everything you can think from soup to salads to main course and deserts. A great stay with a promise to come back again :-) All the very best to Regenta staff.
