hotel is good with average food quality and without any lift.. staff is confused . no parking space average.. expensive according to utilities provided

Cons: Place was little difficult to find on first day. Pros: Neat and clean, spacious, very welcoming, accommodating and helping people, they helped us book a cab and the chauffeur at good rate, they were ready to advise anything we asked, very near to Dal Lake, Mughal Garden, Chashma Shahi, Pari Mahal, Tulip garden. We were just too girls and this place felt perfect too stay.

The room are good . The hotel is near to dal lake but that side of dal lake is not the side where tourist visit. The food is in the hotel is ok. I was there for 2 days but they did not clean the room also. The hotel does not have any view. Overall the rooms are good and had a comfortable stay

very nice staff. I requested for late check-out and they agreed. food was awesome and in budget. We ordered customised food like kadhi chawal and it was available. it is at walking distance from Dal lake.

Our stay was amazing as the staff specially Mr. Burhan was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were pretty clean and we got ground floor. The food quality was also amazing and specially the quantity.

Stayed in Riviera from 22nd to 26th July 2017 with family and relatives. It is a small but pretty boutique hotel. Awesome location; a stone's throw from thebDal Lake, and very near to the Tulip Garden, Chasmeshahi Garden, etc. Calm and quiet posh residential quarter of Srinagar.
