Just a day and night stay with family, safe hotel for family, kids, clean rooms and toilets, all amenities upto the mark, small refrigerator also available, 24/7 food service with minimum order of Rs 300. But very Narrow lane, no space for cars, one bike only can go in lane at a time. You can book a cab from a travel booking shop outside lan. Best part is calangute beach is walkable just 50-100 meters away.

only thing is it have very narrow road and very difficult to find hard the location at the first time..it better atleast owner help to recive the guests for the very first time

The guest house is not up to the mark, the provided bedsheet was dirty,torn and the blankets were too small. No food,no towels in room service. The only plus point was the beach is just 5min of walking.

owner was polite and hassle free check in.everything was in order and maintained hygienically.the place was a bit difficult to find out.overall nice room and value for money the room has a nice ambiance and peaceful place.there is a road next to the room which takes us directly to the beach which is calm and peaceful and away from crouds.good restaurants and other amenities nearby

All facility avaleble A/C - hot shawer - wifi - rental bike & etc This is the cheapest and best guest house I would recommend it to everyone because the owner is very nice and helpful
