"Pathetic"
it all began at the time of check out when the manager started arguing with us to pay for the towel and bedsheet. my 2 year old felt unwell and vomited without letting us know on the bed and due to which the bedsheet got dirty.
the manager started argument that we have to pay as bedsheet and towel are dirty. what was even more concerning was they ask everyone to pay even if they get their towels dirty.. (lol) they expect people to bring their own bedsheets and towels!!

The hotel was very good, and I would rate it 4 stars for its quality
and affordability. I stayed with my family and found the place to be
very safe and comfortable. The staff was polite and courteous
throughout our stay. I shared a few small suggestions with the team at
checkout, and they were receptive. On the day of departure, I
requested to leave my luggage at the reception, as my train to Delhi
from Haridwar was scheduled for 6:00 PM. Mr. O.P. Kalra kindly agreed,
and they kept my luggage sa ...more
