Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Despite booking "Deluxe" rooms, we were shocked to find them located in basement levels (-3, -2, -1) with absolutely no view — certainly not what one expects from a deluxe category. Breakfast was another letdown — repetitive, overly oily, and lacking variety, with 90% of the menu unchanged over two days. i had an amazing stay at royale retreat hotel! from the moment i arrived, the service was exceptional. the staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure i felt comfortable throughout my time there. to my surprise with a small request to receptionist (shweta), i was upgraded from a deluxe room to a super deluxe room, which was a fantastic gesture that really enhanced my experience. the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities i needed. the hotel itself ...more

I recently stayed at the Royal Retreat Hotel, expecting a relaxing and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a significant issue that left me disappointed. The water supply in my room for jacuzzi contained visible particles, which was not only unhygienic but also unsettling. Upon discovering the issue, I immediately reported it to the hotel staff. The hotel was great. All the staff members were well educated, gentle and polite. All the facilities of the hotel were good, except for the wardrobe, there were no hangers to hang clothes. And also there were no washroom mats, so when we bathed everything had wet.Food was awesome but bit expensive. Our experience was good with hotel.. hotel was adorable And specially staff members.
