The location, hospitality are superb. Very close to US Consulate. Hence ideal for visa purpose.

the hotel is located very near to the us consulate and is extremely convenient for attending your consular interview as you will not be allowed to carry your mobile phones, staying close to the consulate is essential if you are attending the interview alone.
it is also very reasonably priced and we'll maintained.

Location is good but lacks basic things.
1. Breakfast is not included nor there is any option to include in room tariff. Since they are charging reasonably good amount to the tune of 3000/day, they must include.
2. No hot water catle in room. A traveller expect such small thing in room for making warm water, tea, coffee etc. at odd hours.

it's a good place to stay in central kolkata. they need to add some normal service like provide Iorn on demand for clothing and electric kettle . rest is ok .

Great cottage experience at the terrace of a corporate building ....
Only issue, the terrace is at 8th floor, while the lift service is only till 7th floor.
