since, we feel very upset and not interested to take photos.1. to reach reception, we have to step up and step down the narrow space and very steep , very risky for senior citizens like us.2. cockroaches in the bed.3. no, space in the room even to wear dhoti and sarees.4. after 2 hours of, occupation, at the time of submission of the room key, the reception people asked us when, will you return and when will you vacate and never experienced such a worst culture anywhere. small wonder, hot water ...more

The room is okay okay, the staff is good, the location is near the temple but the rooms really need renovation. it looks very old and the bedding sheets also feel like it's not cleaned. They need windows for better ventilation.For one night it's average.

The most pathetic hotel, haven't experience something like this..room was so clumsy. The washrooms part was pathetic..there was some washroom work done by hotel.. where all the white patches and the bucket and mug was full of white cement.. When we called the hotel people they came after 1hr. When i asked for replacement of bucket they said we dont have any extra... the second room was more pathetic..only one person can stand at a time..
No ventilation in the room..
I will not recommend anyone for this hotel.
Never book this hotel nor recommend to anyone..

room is very conjested.
the hotel name is changed as madurai residency and still booling is done as hotel sabarees, very much confusing.
