The hotel is situated around 5 km from Dal Lake. The lobby, as well as the exterior and interior design, are well maintained and appealing. While the bathrooms could benefit from some upgrades and currently do not have jet sprays, the overall cleanliness is satisfactory. The room I stayed in did not offer a scenic view, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was occasionally inconsistent. However, the staff is courteous and the hospitality is commendable. They also accommodate special food requests if informed in advance, which adds a personal touch to the service.

I booked 1 deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 children (6 month and 4 years old)while booking show me the stay for children is complimentary but while checkout they ask me to pay 800/- extra for child stay.I didn't use any extra bed or cot from the hotel property.very bad service kindly ibibo be clear with hotel administration with this kind of fraudster act in future .........degrade hotel .complementary food is also not upto the mark according to listing of 3 star ⭐ hotel

other than room size and washroom size every thing is good about this property.The staffs are very nice and helpfull.Behaviour is awesome.The hygiene conditions are good and clean.Main road and Market are nearby.

Hotel Sadaf is located in a very good location and the service of their is highly recommendable. The rooms need a bit more light specially in front of the mirror so that the face can be seen properly. A bit more effort from the hotel in the amenities could take this hotel to the next level as it is quite budget friendly.

One of the best hotels at this price range. Walkable distance from Lal chok. They provide an electric room heater and electric blanket. 24 hour running hot water. The quantity of food is less but it is very tasty. The manager Sheikh Pervaiz is a very humble person. He guided us for our entire journey.
