Rooms interior was good, located near market area. but room service was poor. cable tv was not working. Requested 3-4 times for hot water. no body was at reception to attend complaints. Room service boy was not professional. Basic amenities like cupboard for storage was not there. Needs to be more professional. Just ok hotel.

1. LOCATION IS GOOD 2. ROOMS NEED TO BE PROPER ,BATHROOM DOESN'T HAVE LOCK. NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE IN EVENING TIME ( Hot water time: 7:30 am to 10 am) that too at very slow speed. 3.They even charge for Bislery water bottle ,it should be free atleast 1 bottle per day. 4. Bed sheet also dirty with stains.

Let me start by saying that we miss Tanaji. The management has changed now and the feeling is not as same while Tanaji was managing the place. 1) Hospitality needs lot of improvement. 2) Lack Cleanliness 3) Never book your stay with breakfast, it's better you have it elsewhere 4) Not well ventilated so rooms stink 5) Lack of parking space 6) Broken Fan Regulator and non functional bathroom exhaust. Good things- 1) Location- 5/5- At the heart of mahabaleshwar market, 5 minutes walking 2) Interior- 4/5- For a budget hotel it has a good looking interior and washroom 3) Breakfast - 4/5- Warm and decent single serving of Pohe, Upma and Tea to each occupant in the morning Bad Things- 1) Cleanliness- 2/5 - The sheets were not clean and some pillows were smelling 2) Parking- 2/5- Very limited parking. Awesome stay. Hotel location is in tha main Market. Hotel staff is very helpful. Complimentary Morning breakfast is very tasty. I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family.
