Hotel was cost effective, clean. But, rooms were not spacious and the morning room service could not satisfy us due to late start. The restaurant was under renovation and hence fooding could not be availed properly.
The morning room service started very late. The restaurant service could not deliver food as per need..

I was denied check in saying that management has recently changed and we did not received any confirmation of booking from goibio.
They said that you can cancel booking and money will be refunded. This was totally irresponsible answer.
I requested to make some arrangements and they gave me option to stay in nearby lodge. Seeing no option left for me at 11:30 am standing with 5 family member team I had to take room in nearby lodge.
No money was adjusted.

We booked our stay to ensure a smooth experience, but unfortunately, we faced a major issue. The hotel's lift was not working, and my mother is handicapped, making it impossible for her to use the stairs. We requested a ground-floor room as a solution, but the hotel staff was not cooperative and showed no concern for our real problem. This was extremely disappointing, as accessibility is a basic need.
