worst dirty bedsheet,pillows,no towel supply,no soap supply,ac fitted on no cooling,tv on remote not accepting command,not on, hopeless ,not seen such worst hotel, asked three times for all complaints, no care

Worst hotel experience. We have booked an AC room for 3 adults and got a non AC one for 2 adults(you can check the pictures attached). And the answer they gave was, AC rooms with 3 adult capacity is not available (despite I booked for it). Moreover there are no minimum facilities like lock to the bathroom door from inside, hook to hang clothes in bathroom.

The hotel room was very small and there was no ventilation system. The room was also not neat and tidy.

It's clean and good. staffs were co-operative. As new hotel they need to update few things like mirror in washroom and dustbin etc. It's worthy of money. Enjoyed a Comfortable stay.
