hotel was good. room are also comfortable....they served nyc food in their sea salt restaurant .... thankyou so much..Mr saurav and sushant both take care of our meal with best hospitality....and special very big thanks to miss sunita .....she helps us...once aga a alot .....once again thankyou so much sunita we will see u soon

Being the most expensive rooms on this property, the TV is not working, ACs are not working, rooms are not cleaned before providing check ins, guest have to wait for half an hour to fix the door lock.No one to escort to your room during check ins, and this all is happening at midnight. in the name of resolving these issues customer has to wait till 1.30 am in the night to get tired and sleep in the rooms where AC is not working. On complaints the customer service personn offers you a discount .

hotel property incomplete . unprofessional staff rooms lock not in good condition. bathroom shower not working water pressure very low . room service delay . according to price rooms and service mismatch

If you want to enjoy Puri beach then this hotel is not the right choice. This hotel is very far from the Golden Beach. It is also very far from the city.
It is not safe to go out of the hotel at night.
Most of the rooms in the hotel are either closed or under maintenance, hence when you leave your room the gallery will appear deserted.
I do not recommend staying at this hotel..
