All the services provided by them were good, especially the reception staff who were very welcoming. The food on the first day of arrival was delicious, though the second day was not as great. However, after I raised the concern, they promptly arranged an alternative, which I appreciate. I should also mention that the room service was excellent throughout the stay.

It was amazing. Staff is awesome and the rooms are clean. View from the hotel is beautiful. Must stay place, near munnar town.

Great place to stay and enjoy the nature's beauty in munnar with breath taking landscapes near by. Excellent service and food provided during our stay. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Budget stay for families. Must explore atleast once if your are frequent visitor to Munnar.
Safe and secure stay. Food and service made us feel very comfortable.

We stayed 3N/2D in Shamrock and the stay was really pleasant and memorable. Receiving, Room Service done by everyone in the hotel was really good. Breakfast (which we opted along with the room) was nice, well prepared. Loved our choice for selecting this hotel for our munnar trip!!

awesome view from the balcony. super dulex room were amazing. staff was nice..breakfast was light and healthy..will surely visit again.
