hotel is average.its approx 8km from dal lake but near to Raja Hari singh fort.

Best economy hotel of srinagar . Only Breakfast is not good . Hotel is best for couple & family stay

Room was not as displayed. Lacked the amenities it had specified. It also did not provide extra blanket for which we requested. Food was good. Staff were courteous.

pathetic hotel. no courtesy towards senior citizen guests. use abusive language. denied check in even though full payment was made in advance. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.

We stayed there for three days and had a very pleasant stay. 'Naadiya' at reception also arranged a very good cab for sightseeing at very nominal charges. I would definitely suggest others to stay at Hotel Shefaf.
