We had booked the Suite Room (the most expensive room category at Hotel Shivas Inn) for our stay via Goibibo, expecting a premium experience. However, upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. It was completely unclean and untidy – the bathroom door wouldn't close, the balcony was dirty, the bed was not made properly, and the overall appearance of the room felt as though it had been unused and uncleared for days. Very bad experience staying here .. looking at the building and property photos at the time of booking it feels the stay might be good but it is exactly opposite. 1. A very dirty place. Pan spitted everywhere in the lift. 2. As soon as you enter the hotel building there is a bad smell everywhere.It feels like a torture to stay here. 3. very uncomfortable, booked for 2 days but was not able to stay here so checked out early Nd stayed in a different hotel. Very Dirty and Uncomfortable place

"Had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, making for a comfortable experience. The food was delicious and well-prepared. However, the washroom, despite looking good, had a bad odor, which was a bit unpleasant. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. Would recommend this hotel with a small improvement in this area!"

stay was good as per the price range of the room, the staff was cooperative as well but they should focus more on the cleanliness of the rooms tho it was not that unclean. overall it was a good stay.
