location was near to temple and lake...room was big and nice..but some observations like ac was not proper..limited options in breakfast..in overall it was okay stay..

Shlok Hotel offers spacious, well-lit rooms, providing a comfortable stay. However, the check-out experience was disappointing, as the staff showed little flexibility despite a late check-in, making repeated calls even after requests for extra time. The breakfast spread was limited to 4-5 items and lacked taste, which was underwhelming. On the positive side, the security personnel were extremely helpful with luggage and parking assistance, leaving a great impression. Overall, while the rooms and ambiance are good, improvements in staff service and food options are needed.

4/5 ⭐️ We had a wonderful 1-day family stay at Hotel Shlok! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is also easily accessible, making it a great choice for travelers. Our only suggestion would be to arrange for auto/rickshaw services or provide assistance in booking them, as they were not readily available in the area. Overall, our stay was well worth it, and we would love to come back to Hotel Shlok in the future!

best facility to stay. i stayed here for 2 nights with family. well maintained and clean & hygiene, staff is helpful and soft spoken. food quality is really good.....i do not find any point to complaint or say bad about this hotel.

hotel location is outside kolhapur city. no auto or taxi available.ola uber not working. you can stay only if you have own vehicle. restaurant food is expensive and no restaurant near by . ac is good. rooms are good.

Room is spacious. Water is not clear as uploaded in pic but when asked they said its bcoz of rain. They should have a filter installed. Lighting in the room is dull. Reception and common areas stinks. No proper action when complained abt the same. Property looks good in photos but not of great maintenance. No toiletries kept except for toothbrush. Towels are hard and need to be replaced. Overall not a wow experience and lots to be improved. Common areas stinks. Lighting inside the room needs to be more bright. Good n complete toiletries should be kept

Overall experience was awesome! Really neat and clean rooms. Warm welcomed at hotel, staff was very humble and active. They served really good food with Kolhapuri twist. Must try food.

Though the hotel looks wise okay comfort levels are poor.inspite of complaints they are reluctant to change the room .the Ac is very poor and not cooling the room even after 6hours working.the hot water comes is polluted and coloured.especially the room 109 is very bad.noice is continuously coming from outside.the bathroom is so congested.there were no hooks to hang towels etc.the restaurant in the hotel is also not serving any indian lunch/dinner.we have to order rice and curries and others separately.its not near to temple.near by no good restaurants.overall experience is very bad.
