Location is good Room is newly built so currently conditions are good but staff is not cooperative. So they need to maintain some basic rules of service in industry

worst hotel, while I was doing check in I had booked 2 rooms for 5 person and paid,they were asking me more money, also we saw swollen walls,Mouse in the Room and stinky Rooms, with No intercom or phone in room, extravagant Food Price and Literally no Room service. A big No for anyone who is planning to come here in this hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (haridwar ).
