great hotel, great staff, amazing rooms. the receptionist was amazing, super polite and handled my issue of extra visitors like a pro. i booked the rooms literally 15 minutes prior to entering the hotel, and since the rooms were not available on the same floor, i got upgraded to king suite with balcony. other than the food being somewhat tough on the pocket, the hotel's definitely a super recommendation :)

The Hotel comes in lower Pelling, but it gives a. good view of kanchenjunga. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities. The staff were helpful with everything and the in-house restaurant had good food. Would recommend anyone who's looking for a budget option to stay in Pelling.

Sila Norphel hotel was a surprise to us, so neat so clean, having our cab parking. View from window glass of Kancenjunga was so nice in the morning at 5 10 am that we meditated on Bed by seeing the colours changes in the morning. Just excellent.
