insects and bugs are welcoming in the room, pillows covers and bed covers are losing cotton on worn clothes. my experience is terrible. waste of money. it is not a hotel, it is actually a guest house /dharamsala. only the location is okay.

my stay at silver oak valley was a nice and decent at affordable price.
the property is well maintained and the best part is they involve the guest in flow which make us feel like its our own private property

There is no security, no staff. They cut off the water supply. When we call for toilet and bathroom, the electricity supply is completely broken. The restaurant is just for name sake. It is not worth staying at all. There is filth everywhere. We feel scared at night. For our safety, there is only one person in the hotel till 9 in the night, after that we are left to God.

They are not giving as are room on advance booking and say you can't remain here and no return and all and this all happened after they verified our documents and everything and our driver can't even sit and eat lunch there all over not a nice experience.
All staff members are nasty, and the driver cannot eat or sit with us, despite our willingness to pay for their stay. In advace for ever thing with there preuim rooms for all

It was really really horrible experience of my lifetime ..at the time of booking I couldn't read super deluxe room with "non ac" And as it was non refundable booking so I had no options. My first experience to stay at a hotel without ac.no tv working ,No net speed ,No reception contact from room you have to go and shout out for any need ....really really horrible

The hotel is ok but a bit outside from the main point of attractions although renting scooty would be a good option but the prices of the hotel are very high..
