Clean rooms. Sanitisers are present at entry. Luggages are sanitised at the reception. Location is big plus.

We had a wonderful stay at silver tips munnar,great location, friendly staffs,
and the room is awesome,fully packed with amenities ,good ambience, superb food.

best hotel.. near to market..tea gardens..flower garden.. rooms..staff..dinning all were best..passed two nights..value for money..we stayed in charrulata room..even best than costly resorts..
