The staff was good.
smooth check-in. Sweet receptionist. Service was also good.
Rooms were clean. Some problem with beds.
They have just joined two beds to make it one...
That was very uncomfortable.
And food was also not good.

it was great experience and the staff was fabulous from greetings at the time of Entering in the hotel to service in room it was great hotel was great , room was fantastic even though amenities were great

Average hotel. The location is a bad vehicle repair market around so Noice comes the whole day. The bedding was not comfortable.

Price was high which may be due to coldplay demand.
Food is good but Staff is young and inexperienced
Average. Getting a room here around 2k -3k is value for money but anything above it is not worth it

hotel is nice, wifi is good, in house restaurant is not there previously they allow outside food but now they don't allow. they order food from outside restaurant and there food quality was pathetic please check your food from your tie-up restaurant or allow outside food
