I'll definitely recommend this hotel Pros:- 1. Rooms are clean and so were the bedsheets and towels. 2. Washroom was also very clean with installed geyser(which is operative) and smoke detector. 3. Rooms have balcony with an amazing view 4. Room service was above average and staff was very kind. 5. Food is simply fantastic. You wont have much complaints. 6. I have been here for 2 days , well hotel is good but far away from city. main thing is hotel doesn't have any holding or boards nr main road side nor on hotel. those 2 days i noticed every customers arguing with manager ..... although it looks good n yes it is . so before going to book think twice it's faar away from city, nothing around the corner ,if u didn't like the hotel food u have to stay hungry beacuse no hotels nor restaurant r there nearby. I will never reffer anyone regarding this Snowflake hotel.

We checked-in at 5 pm and were told that an extra mattress for the 3rd adult will be placed in the night. At 10 pm we were told that no extra bedding would be provided. Finally, after lots of arguments with the hotel staff, we were provided the extra bedding. Also, the TV in the room did not work as Tata Sky connection was not subscribed. We asked the hotel, but no action was taken. The hotel did not provide filtered water either and we were forced to buy mineral water.

I had a much-awaited holiday in first week of March and my decision to stay in Snow Flake ruined the entire mood. This place cannot be termed as hotel and definitely the hotel owner must go to a decent 'hotel management school'. I ignored critical reviews about this hotel but now I must admit that I felt cheated, the time I stepped down from my car. Room was very good. Very near to Dhalli and Sanjauli. Service was good but there are certains eatables that were in menu but were not available for serving. you also get a dining hall in front of your room with sofas which i really liked. Overall very good hotel for everyone. Staff was nice. they also gave me complementary breakfast which was not listed in my booking :)

worse experience, allotted my room to some one else and askes us to stay in another hotel which is 1 Km away from this hotel. All food and other room services were given by snowflake i.e. every thing is supplied by this hotel which takes 3-4 Hrs to get available and that too in bad condition. Food was served cold, water was not available, amenities were pathetic so on. we booked for 2 days but left hotel in 1 day. Will not suggest anybody to book in this hotel.
